Out of zone applications will be included in the ballot in September.

We welcome in zone enrolments now so that we can arrange testing for our new students after the October holidays.

If you are able to, please print and complete these documents to complete your application.

They can be attached on the next page.

All applicants must provide the following:

• NZ Citizens: An original or certified copy of the student’s Birth Certificate.
• Other Citizens: The student’s Birth Certificate and the current visa page of the student.
• Copy of the latest school report
• Student Health Record (download then complete)

For in-zone applicants only:

Proof of residential address:
(a) Rates bill or Tenancy agreement AND
(b) two documents showing the parent’s/caregiver’s name and the address at which the student lives.
*examples of these documents are a Power bill, Water bill or Phone/internet bill.
